Any product ordered from us may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days, providing it is unused and still in the original packaging. Items that have been installed and are therefore unsellable cannot be returned for credit/refund. Any goods that are faulty will be replaced FOC within the 12 month warranty period. If you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete on delivery please inform us within 3 days so that we can lodge a claim with the carriers or Post Office.
