Terms and Conditions

  1. These conditions supercede any previous conditions on any other literature published by this company. Orders placed are deemed to be in accordance with these conditions which have precedence over any conditions the customer may wish to apply.
  2. Payment. This is strictly cash with order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. All price lists are subject to alteration without notice. Goods are invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch and orders are deemed to be placed on this basis.
  4. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are in GBP except where stated otherwise.
  5. Carriage and packing are charged at cost except where stated otherwise.
  6. Estimated delivery dates are those on which in good faith, we expect goods to be delivered to the customer. Every effort will be made to adhere to these dates. However we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  7. Acceptance of goods and liability. Any claims of damage in transit or short delivery must be notified to us in writing within 3 days.
  8. Claims of non delivery must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Goods claimed to be not in accordance with the order must be retained as delivered for inspection and instruction. Failing this no liability will be accepted.
  9. Compensation is limited to the value of any goods found to be faulty. Neither the buyer nor any third person shall be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages whatsoever.
  10. Retention of title. Risk in goods sold shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods shall pass to the customer only when payment is made in full.
  11. If the customer shall default in punctual payment of any sum due to us, we shall be entitled to recover any goods seen to be our property.
  12. All statements, conditions or warranties whether express or implied by law or otherwise, as to the quality of the
    component or product ordered,or its fitness for any purpose are expressly excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
  13. No employee of Aquamatic or any of its subsidiaries is authorised to change any of the above terms.
