This is the latest filter system from Pentek (formerly Ametek). It is designed to provide all the traditional benefits of the popular 10" system whilst offering further benefits and features including smaller form factor and easier cartridge changes. It will fit in the tightest of places and still be simple to use, the integral bracket and integral 3/8" Speed-fit fittings adding to the ease of installation. The head incorporates a shut-off valve that is activated when the cartridge is removed and replaced. This with the encapsulated cartridge ensures that changes can be carried out without having to turn off the water and without the need for tools. Available as a complete kit (see below), or as a unit only for customers wishing to upgrade.The range of cartridges has now been extended and includes the popular GAC & TSGAC cartridges which are obviously less cost than the CBR, and also have the advantage of a higher flow rate
